Refund policy

30-day free returns

Not the right fit? No problem. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or a size exchange, and return shipping is on us.

To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unwashed, with the original tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll need your order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Contact us through our contact page with your order number. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Size exchanges

Ordered the wrong size? Request a return and tell us which size you need. As soon as we receive the original item, we'll ship the new size, free of charge.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If it's damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right.

Refunds

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post the refund.
